Need some tips for storage?

LABEL THOSE BOXES
Planning your space and organizing for easy access can save you a lot of hassle.  Tubs are great for storage and can help keep out pests.

ELEVATE YOUR ITEMS
Cardboard will soak up any moisture it can find, including any that condensates on concrete floors.

DON'T HURT YOURSELF
Utilize our available carts and dollies to move your bulky and heavy items.

CHECK IN REGULARLY

Visit your storage unit often and consider designating a trusted friend with Same Access Rights in case you are away or unavailable.  You can authorize someone to access your unit by coming by the office and adding them to your contract.

CONSIDER STORAGE INSURANCE
It is always a good idea to maintain fire, casualty and theft insurance on the contents of your space.  Your homeowner's policy may offer coverage for off-site storage so check with them first.  If not, we partner with SafeStor and are happy to tell you more about it.

BE CAREFUL STORING ELECTRONICS
Electronic items can be damaged by heat, humidity and cold.  A climate-controlled unit may help you rest easier.

CAUTION WITH FABRICS
Mold and mildew thrive in warm, humid climates and can cause permanent damage to fabrics and other materials.
